[Alpine-info] A couple feature requests

1. Whenever I enter a file name which is broken ... re-enable the entry
field so I can edit and fix the error.
2. When replying to an email from within a folder other than INBOX) for
which the sender doesn't have an FCC in the address book, prefill the FCC
field with the folder containing the replyed to email
