[Alpine-info] Diagnostics for timeout problem? (fwd)

Dear Mats, dear All,
Thanks for the help two weeks ago! In the end, the cause of the timeout was the
Exchange server, which was configured to be too sensitive to
reading in large mailboxes; re-reading a large mailbox several times led
to an extreme form of throttling.
I was told that the lack of caching of mailbox data in my case
probably contributed to the problem.
