[EQUIPMENT INSURANCE]

Hello Equipment Insurance users,

We are reaching out to you today because the Equipment Insurance renewal is almost upon us. We have a new graphic, below, to help visualize the stages of the process.
Step 1 email went out to your budget authorizers on 10/26/2022, you are in Steps 2 & 3 (please also see additional information below):

Renewal happens during the month of November each year. No action is required in October, but it's a good time to review your existing items in EIS and check with your departmental staff and faculty to make sure they still would like to renew them.

Some notes:

* If you would like to prevent items from renewing you can mark them "N" in the "Renew Coverage?" field. If you miss this step, you will be able to "delete" in November.
* Rates remain unchanged from prior year.
