Analysts, Product Management, engineering teams, and our customers to produce
and refine our current user experience <BR> and our going
forward UI strategies<BR>• For new features, create storyboards, wireframes and
mock ups that define and test the complete user experience of the product. <BR>•
Set conceptual design and product directions based on functional requirements
including an understanding of cross-product issues and challenges <BR>•
Educate development team in information architecture principles, user-centered
design concepts, and ways to quantify application usability. <BR>• Define
standards and best practices for consistent user interaction across the product
suite. <BR>• Provide feedback to Product Management and the engineering
organizations on the impact of requirements and design decisions on the user
experience of the product. <BR><BR><B>Requirements/Qualifications:<BR></B><BR>•
At least a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer
Interaction, or other related disciplines, e.g., Architecture or in
Science/Engineering.<BR>• Should have around 5 to 7 years of industry experience
designing and prototyping complex web-based UI interactions on commercial
products that have shipped. <BR>• Strong conceptual skills and demonstrated
ability to rapidly prototype and design. <BR>• Must have solid understanding of
web application and website design with working knowledge of HTML. <BR>•
Experience with CSS, AJAX. <BR>• Experienced in Use Case modeling. <BR>• Ability
to work independently and collaboratively Ability to communicate design
rationale and build consensus <BR>• Ability to prioritize and manage work to
critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment. <BR>• Must be organized,
have an eye for detail and be able to put ideas into a tangible form.
