Their answers will then be rated through an online score sheet by at least two different people. The entire project will be implemented in three phases; the first phase needs to be completed in March, and will include basic functionality. Phases 2 and 3 should be completed in June and September, respectively. Phases 2 and 3 will add robust automation, tagging and reporting tools to enhance the scoring process. <BR>

</SPAN></FONT><FONT SIZE="4"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>Applicants must have a solid understanding of security, Drupal roles, and be able to customize the roles to meet our needs. The entire system must be flexible enough to add learning management and social networking modules alongside of the video assessment. <BR>

</SPAN></FONT><FONT SIZE="4"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:11pt'>This is a short-term, contract position, however we anticipate the need for ongoing development work to take place to add functionality to the system. <BR>
