Web & ILS Services Supervisor Tacoma Public Library, Tacoma, Washington WEB & ILS SERVICES SUPERVISOR at the Tacoma Public Library in Tacoma, Washington. This position is responsible for the selection and configuration of the workflow and permissions of the ILS (Integrated Library System) software and for providing documentation and training on the ILS system. In addition, the incumbent will support the Librarys web page content and the Librarys intranet content including updating the content. The incumbent will provide documentation and training on the web and intranet content and may be called upon to train new employees on the ILS. This position will be required to work a non-traditional work schedule as needed. Minimum qualifications: Five years full-time work utilizing and integrated library system (SIRSI preferred). Desired qualifications: Library experience working in circulation, information services or technical services preferred; experience training others to use an integrated library system and to use software products; experience coordinating projects and working with outside vendors is highly desired. Annual Salary Range: $48,214 to $58,781.
