Subject: height and weight reference data needed

I received this message from a colleague. Does anyone know of any weight for
height or BMI reference data for an adult woman 4 feet 5 inches tall?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Message I received:
Hi Jaime,
One of my first year coordinated students was working with a pregnant woman
in clinic last week. The woman is from Ecuador and is only 4 feet 5 inches
tall. Do you know of a reference available that provides guidelines for
determining acceptable weight ranges for individuals under 5 feet?
Thanks,
Teri
