[Rosebowl] Oregon Replay official

It should be noted that both those plays were not the result of judgements 
on the field,  but rather both were reviewed by the replay officials in the 
booth.   Both plays seemed reasonably clear they should have been reversed, 
and the on-sides kick was the only one where it was even close.
