Hello Tweets,This is Nick, Brien Meilleur's son and Brien just called me from Magnuson park to tell me that the garganey is there right now at 1:20 pm. Go east on NE 65th St from Sand Point Way, and turn left at Sports Field Drive and go 50 yards.  The bird is in the pond with geese and other ducks to your immediate right just south of the ball field.  Good luck, the bird is here right now!
