Madison Valley Pileated Woodpecker?

Last night, we were in a neighbor's backyard and saw a pileated woodpecker
fly overhead.  We were both surprised to see one in the city.  We're
located in Madison Valley, south of the Arboretum.  Does anyone know
offhand where the pileateds might be nesting?  We have a couple of
greenbelts around here, but they still don't seem like the right habitat.
