Northwestern Crow (vs Fish Crow)

Just briefly, I have to say that if you've ever been to SE Florida, you
can't help but notice immediately how different the Fish Crow is from the
American Crow.

I have always thought the "Northwestern Crow" is the Northwest version of
the "Fish Crow" that is common along the Gulf and Atlantic coast in the
Southeast.  They are somewhat smaller, have different vocal sound and
habits.  There seems to be a smaller crow around Puget Sound and the Ocean
that fits the description.  There may be something to it.  I tend to agree
though, a Crow is a Crow is a Crow.  A Raven is something else.
