Turkey Vulture, Pacific Golden Plover: Sequim region

Today I saw a single Turkey Vulture at Blynn (close enough to see the red face if not the whites (or blacks) of it's eyes). How late are they around? Also, a 1Y pacific golden plover at the oyster landing at Dungeness.
