Tuesday December 07:
A NORTHERN SHRIKE, a SAVANNAH SPARROW, a RED-TAILED HAWK, a NORTHERN HARRIER and a WILSON'S SNIPE were seen at the Nanaimo River Estuary in south Nanaimo.
ANNA'S HUMMINGBIRDS are coming to feeders in the 1300 block of Leask Road in Cedar by the Sea.

Saturday December 04:
Ten CRACKLING GEESE and a WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE were seen at the Craig Bay Heritage Site in Parksville.
REDPOLLS were seen along Andover Drive in Nanoose Bay.
A GREAT HORNED OWL has been seen in the 7000 block of Aulds Road in Nanaimo.
Two ANNA'S HUMMINGBIRDS are comming to feeders in the 1000 block of Vancouver Avenue in Nanaimo.

Wednesday December 01:
One WHITE-THROATED SPARROW was seen in the Fern Road and Boxwood in Nanaimo


Monday November 29:
200 PINE SISKINS, a MERLIN, a RED-TAILED HAWK, a DOWNY WOODPECKER a NORTHERN FLICKER, a RED-BREASTED SAPSUCKER and a PILEATED WOODPECKER were seen in a yard in ERRINGTON.


Sunday November 28:
Two TRUMPETER SWANS, six GADWALL, three PIED-BILLED GREBES, ten RING-NECKED DUCKS, three MALLARDS, two AMERICAN WIGEON, four BUFFLEHEAD, eight HOODED and COMMON MERGANSER were seen at Hemer Provincial Park in Cedar.

Thursday November 25:
Two SANDHILL CRANES were seen in a field near the Petro-Can along Lakes Road
in Duncan.
