Didn't see Neil Zimmerman and his wife today at Juanita Bay, but did see the 
SURF SCOTERS.  Also saw our first RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD of the season.
And, much to our delight, my eagle-eyed husband found a VIRGINIA RAIL.  I 
know it's not a rarity, but I think we only see a rail once for every 20 
times we hear one.
