[Tweeters] I hate sparrows!!!

I agree with Wayne that the bird in question is a Golden-crowned Sparrow. I've uploaded 4 of my sparrow photos onto pbase; link below. Photo 101 I believe looks a lot like the bird in question. Photo 102 is the same bird as 101, the 2 shots taken within seconds of each other. Photos 103 and 104 are of the same White-crowned Sparrow, for comparison.

Take a look, and see what you think.

Sorry to differ with Kelly, but to me, it looks more like an immature
Golden-crowned Sparrow. Although the lighting on the bird's head isn't
great, a White-crowned should have more contrasting stripes on the head,
with a whitish or buffy stripe above the eye, which I don't see here.
