[Tweeters] window smashers

Hello,
Does anyone know of anything I can do to keep the birds from crashing into my windows? Something that isn't ugly? Before I started writing this a Chickadee, seems like the sixth million one,  flew into the window. I moved the water dish farther away but since the feeders hang in a tree about 20ft away and their isn't anywhere else for them I can't do much about that. 

So far all the birds have flown away.
