[Tweeters] Red Crossbill Possibly Sighted

A neighbor says he saw a Red Crossbill in his yard, adjoining a green belt,
wooded and wetland.  Have others seen Red Crossbills in November, in the
higher hills of Redmond or similar locations?  Many thanks.
