[Tweeters] The Washington BirdBox is moving

After over six years as BirdBox System Administrator, I'm passing the
BirdBox on.  Today, Gene Hunn will be taking it over.  The new number,
effective as soon as he plugs in the computer at his house, is 206
364-1162.  Unless something goes wrong, the BirdBox should only be out
of service for a couple of hours.
