Hi, this is Steven Mlodinow. I just had a BELLS VIREO at the Skagit game
range and the Wylie Road. If you park at the boat launch parking lot,
take that trail until it ends at a T. You can either go left, which
takes you out toward the open water of Skagit Bay and marshes, or you
can take a right, which takes you back to the game range headquarter
buildings. Take that hard right back toward the buildings, go about 200
or 300 yards and the bird was along the creek edge, traveling with a
flock of kinglets and chickadees. Good luck and good birding.

Hi, this is Ryan Merrill, birding up in Skagit today. On Calhoun Road,
east of Beaver Marsh Road, there were at least 16 EURASIAN COLLARED
DOVES. At the end of Landing Road, which is off Dodge Valley Road, there
was a SHARP-TAILED SANDPIPER; and then at the Jensen Access, there was a
RED KNOT.

This is Douglas Marshall for Sunday the 23rd of September. At 9:50 AM
this morning,
I observed two SEMIPALMATED PLOVERS in Discovery Park; they were just
west of the lighthouse in the sand below the rocks on an incoming tide.
Good luck and good birding.
