[Tweeters] Benton White-winged Crossbill

Today I located a lone male White-winged Crossbill in Kennewick (Benton
county).  It was feeding on spruce cones in a garden where in the past there
have been rare birds such as Red Crossbill and Pine Grosbeak.  
 
The garden is private property but the cones are visible from the road.
