[Tweeters] Possible Baikal Teal in Whatcom County

Just a heads up of a possible Baikal Teal reported on the Whatcombirds list today. The report was from Tuesday, though the bird was not seen yesterday. If you're up that way and interested, the bird was seen in a field located south of Mountain View Road immediately east of Lake Terrell. This is to the west of the town of Ferndale.
