[Tweeters] Eastside Harlequin locations?

I might head eastside for some photography and birding this weekend.  One
friend joining me has never seen a Harlequin--can Harlies still be found in
the mountain streams during August?

If locations are publicly discussed, can someone recommend specific areas in
the Leavenworth region to search?
