[Tweeters] Grosbeak and moth show

Your story amazed me. I had no idea that grosbeaks ate moths. Maybe the
large number and variety of moths here is why there have been so many
grosbeaks on my five acres this summer!

The American goldfinch are still here, but all the males have molted now.
One bird looked almost gray before he molted into his new feathers.
The Purple finch and Common yellowthroat have disappeared, but the Song
sparrow and Fox Sparrow have returned.

Very few birds at the feeders now that the woods are full of berries and
the meadow grasses and flowers are going to seed.
