[Tweeters] Changes to WA Review List

During the recent Washington Bird Records Committee meeting, three
species were removed from the state review list: Hudsonian Godwit,
Parakeet Auklet and Rose-breasted Grosbeak.  While the committee no
longer reviews these species, both the compilers for the WOS Field
Notes column (me) and editors for North American Birds (Brad Waggoner
and Doug Schonewald) would certainly appreciate details on any of
these species if you are lucky enough to encounter them.
