Hi, We just saw a flock of 30 or so fly south over our house in West
Seattle. Wow! Amazing! I just checked Tweeters to see if I was losing my
mind! That would have been a flock of 30 or so around 4:30 p.m. on October
West Seattle, near Lincoln Park

> Greetings tweeters,
> A friend who lives on Whidbey Island called last night to

> Around 2 PM when she arrived near her home (southeast of
> Useless Bay on Whidbey I.) she noticed another kettle of 20-30 birds.
> She didn't watch long enough to determine if they were

> that none of the "faces" she saw had the red of the adults.
> In other words a lot of young of the year.
