Today at Dungeness Landing Park near Sequim I saw 32 MARBLED GODWIT, 21
BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER, 4 BLACK TURNSTONES and 26 DUNLIN. There was a
EURASIAN WIGEON on the bay at this location. A EURASIAN WIGEON and a
CANVASBACK were at the Kitchen-Dick Road Ponds.

At the Dungeness Recreation Area overlook there were three BLACK SCOTER
feeding on small rock crab. The 38 LONG-TAILED DUCK at this location were
calling incessantly on the waters below. MARBLED MURELETT and other water
birds were easily observable at this location. A SHARP-SHINNED HAWK flew
low over the brush at this spot.
