[Tweeters] Red-Shouldered Hawk seen at Lincoln Rock State Park, Doug. Co.

Hi, Fellow birders. I received this email today. This afternoon two of
us met at Lincoln Rock Park, with no success in finding the bird. Another
birder was also there either before or after us, with no luck. Anyone
have any thoughts about this bird? I sure would have liked to have found
