Tweeters,

I had to escape Battle Ground and head for the hills so ended up on Larch
Mountain for about 3 hours this morning with the following results (only
counted migrants flying through):

Pine Siskin: 314 (flock sizes from 15-80)
Evening Grosbeak: 4
Red Crossbill: 26
TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE: 1
Varied Thrush: 34
Golden-crowned Kinglet: 8
Dark-eyed Junco: 10
American Robin: 19

Merlin: 1
Bald Eagle: 2
Red-tailed Hawk 3 (1 was a migrant)

Keep your eyes and ears skyward!

Jim
