[Tweeters] ringed turtle dove/african collared dove near carnation, king county

hi:

on the way to lake langois, up 24th east from hy 203 i saw a lone african
collared dove (or ringed turtle dove, don't know which, if either, is the
current correct name of this escape in the us). very pale bird. primaries
do not contrast much with the body ground color. ends of outer retrices
stark white. kind of a ghostly looking critter. seen by itself, so may be
from a cage nearby.
