I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to either send me pictures, or ask if I need more pictures of WA birds with "king" in their name.

I have an adequate number of great pictures of the five species that I am going to mention in my next article.

You tweeter people really rock!

When the article is published, I will email everyone who sent pictures.

(NOTE: Sometimes King Eiders wander into WA waters, but I have never seen one, and I try to write about birds that birders of all levels could expect to see without too much effort.)

So thank you all so much. I now have enough pictures this time around (It's going to be hard to choose as it is. People really love these birds.)
