[Tweeters] Seattle Solitary Sandpiper continues

I saw the Solitary Sandpiper at Seattle's Manguson Park this morning
around 9:30. The only other shorebirds were two Killdeer. The pond in
question is northeast of one of the first intersections in the park, not
the small pond/s to the northwest actually closer to the entrance.
Obscuring vegetation is tall, but the bird can be observed through
thinner sections from the trail.

Other migrants today include Yellow Warbler at Washington Park arboretum
(away from all the destruction associated with the new bridge and the
massive new redundant trail [amazingly, paid for by "mitigation" funds
from the bridge work]), and Pacific-slope Flycatcher and Warbling Vireo
at home in Leschi (where they don't breed).
