[Tweeters] Cowlitz Say's Phoebe, Glaucous Gull [Sat 3/5/16]

Matt,
Dang Randy Hill and I looked for the glaucous gull on the Lewis today and did not find it. You may be correct in your assumption. We also could not find the rusty blackbird.
