[Tweeters] Black-billed Magpie in the Beacon Hill neighorhood, Seattle

Thank you for the report, Wayne! This is very likely the same bird seen
near Seward Park in August, and last reported at the end of August. From a
quick look at maps, the two locations are only a couple miles apart.
