The Pilchuck Audubon Tuesday outing found one Osprey perched on a piling at
Everett's 10th St. Boat Launch and Marine Park this afternoon. Earlier, we
found the Eurasian Green-winged Teal at the Union Slough Restoration Area,
where it was observed by Pam Myers and others about a week ago. This area
is on Hwy 529 North with the turn off just before the Ebey Slough bridge at
40th Pl. NE. It also is accessible southbound by taking the first exit
south of the bridge and turning right on to 34th Ave. NE to go under the
bridge.
