[Tweeters] Canada Goose unusual head pattern

Yesterday I saw a Canada Goose that appeared otherwise normal, but had two
extra white patches: one atop its head and the other on the back of its
head. This is something I've not seen before. Neither white patch was on
the forehead. When the group it was in moved, it often took the lead. I
digiscoped a few photos and posted two on Flikr. Have others of you seen
this kind of head pattern?
