The Sweetwater Wetlands in Tucson can be a pretty cool place to bird. It is where I saw my first Least Grebe.

Sabino Canyon is another really cool place to do some walkabout birding —

The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum can be good but just pulling off the desert road on the way there and setting up the scope can yield some great birds too —

I am looking forward to returning to Tucson this spring too.
