[Tweeters] wind farm proposal offshore of Westport

These wind proposals rarely come to be -- too many logistical issues -- but
I'm wondering how this location compares to the Westport pelagic trips and
associated fishing fleet. It seems beyond that, though clearly at the shelf
break. There is a nice map in the article.
