[Tweeters] Wayne Weber

I've seen this news mentioned in a few places online, but haven't seen
it posted here yet. Wayne was a regular contributor to Tweeters and
did a lot of birding in Washington, especially for someone who had to
cross an international border to do so.

Just wanted everyone to know Wayne Weber has sadly passed away
yesterday after multiple health issues.
He impacted the birding scene here in BC and WA for so many years and
he will be greatly missed by many.
