[Tweeters] Whooper Swan Returning?

I also saw a Whooper swan in Elma, Washington in 2019:
https://ebird.org/checklist/S54148687 it was marked an exotic by ebird
admins but as far as I know there is no evidence that it was an escapee.
Perhaps the same bird again.
