[Tweeters] Whooper Swan Returning?

FWIW - that 2018 Grays Harbor Whooper Swan report was not accepted on the WBRC review. There were reports that a local family had two Whoopers they kept that repeatedly escaped and wandered around the Elma/Montesano area.

That one doesn’t ‘count’, sorry
