Tropical Kingbird reported by Scoot Atkinson late yesterday was still there at 9:45 this morning. On wire by first house on right on Duerr Rd/63rd on Ebey Island north of trestle. Echoing Scott’s caution about narrow road. Also dog in yard a few yards from bird
