[Tweeters] Harlequin Ducks in the Seattle area

I live in a retirement community with a good view of the Cedar River Delta.
There was a female Harlequin hanging out with Buffleheads and feeding among
the logs on the delta for about two weeks in the latter half of November,
2021.  In early March 2022 and early May 2022 there were brief sightings of
female Harlequins in the same area, perhaps the same bird?  So they are
here, just not terribly common.
