[Tweeters] Rock Sandpiper at Ft Flagler, lower campground

Just had a ROSA in the same area as last year. Flew in with a large flock of Black Turnstones and some Surfbirds. Joined Black-bellied Plovers, Dunlin, Sanderlings foraging on the grass by the restrooms and playground. 

They flew in about 45 minutes after high tide and stayed about 12-15 minutes. Worth checking Pt Townsend.
