[Tweeters] Wiley Slough near Conway will have limited access for a week.

Hi Tweeters,
I spoke with Greg Meis, area manager for WDFW, who reports that they are
having some construction there this week.
*WDFW construction crew is here at the Headquarters Unit repairing the spur
dike and around the boat launch parking lot.  The crew is requesting no
public entry from our log gate southward on the dike top trail towards the
Spur dike and the west dike.  So I posted some signs of the closure.  The
crew will be on site from Nov.7 through Nov. 17.  This area will be closed
during their working hours (8 AM-5:00 PM) but the site will be open for
this coming weekend. *

Also, the area will be closed from late March through part of November.
Skagit Audubon will host an informational field trip on March 11 to listen
to Mr. Meis talk about the planned work and how it will impact the Wiley
area.
