[Tweeters] Skagit and Samish Flats - birding report

Yes, I have notice that, too, and have commented on it on at least one ebird checklist. Even more disconcerting us the fact that no herons are nesting at an established heronry at Riverview Wildlife Refuge in Snohomish.
