Hi George and Tweeters,

Without a boat, the best spot is the Rainier, OR marina. Scope absolutely
necessary and still not great views. About 300 Bald Eagles and hundreds of
gulls there now as the smelt are beginning to run. Many of us wish there
was a better spot.
