[Tweeters] ADMINISTRATIVE - Name changes

 Completely disagree.  This is not a rare bird alert site.  WhatsApp and Ebird serve that role.  If tweeters isn't for the birding community to talk about birding matters, what is?  The interest is obvious as is the impact and important underlying matters.
