[Tweeters] Falcon drone

Although I always appreciate Dans contributions here and usually find them
of interest, I have to say that these bird-like drones have been around for
many years. Usually they are applied in bird deterence situations, and not
always successfully.

The last time I saw a "falcon" drone demonstrated in King County, it was
almost immediately plucked from the sky by a sub-adult Bald Eagle and taken
to ground.

The eagle could immediately tell something was wrong, much to the surprise
of the people selling the drone.
