[Tweeters] Do Cooper's eat rats?

I hate it that they're hunting and eating rats in places like downtown
Seattle, because those rats are surely carrying large amounts of
rodenticide in their systems. Too many Cooper's carcasses (whatever the
cause of death) have rodenticide present in their tissue.
