[Tweeters] Ireland's blank winter for Bewick's Swans

Martha, I wonder if that could happen with our Tundra Swans. They seem less common on the Skagit Flats than previously, or perhaps I just haven’t found the flocks that are usually there. On the other hand, Trumpeters seem to be getting more common all the time. Is anything known about this?
